Mariah Carey
is facing yet another lawsuit, and this time it is from her former
nanny, Simonette DaCosta, who is claiming that Mariah and her husband, Nick Cannon, unfairly fired her.
Simonette claims that Mariah gave her the boot because she showed
"too much affection" to the couple's three-year-old twins, Moroccan and
Monroe.
After hiring the nanny when her
twins were still infants, it is believed that Mariah became jealous when
Simonette developed a very close relationship with them, and her former
employee is also suing for being overworked and forced to look after
the children for more than 100-hours a week.
